The faces of BCMW
The work of Biblical Counseling Ministries Worldwide (BCMW) reaches dozens of countries through the hands and feet of our staff members, coordinators, teachers, counselors, and board members.
Team
Most of BCMW's training happens far from our headquarters, carried out by teachers and coordinators who live in the regions they serve. Each name below represents a country, a language, and years of trust built one training relationship at a time, sometimes spanning decades and often spanning more than one role.

Board of Trustees
BCMW's Board of Trustees provides oversight and accountability for the ministry's direction, finances, and theological commitments. Board members bring pastoral and ministry experience from outside BCMW's day-to-day operations, offering a perspective grounded in years of shepherding congregations of their own.
