Simone Proctor

Simone Proctor joined BCMW in July 2026 as Ministry Administrator, supporting the organization’s mission to equip the global church through the faithful teaching of God’s Word. Born and raised in Germany, she married her husband, Steve, while he served in the U.S. Air Force, and the couple later settled in Alaska for eighteen years while Steve served with the Alaska Air National Guard and Simone homeschooled their children.

After the Lord saved her, Simone developed a deep love for Scripture and the church. Serving in various ministries after the family’s move to Tennessee, she watched the need for counseling grow and became convinced of Scripture’s sufficiency for soul care, a conviction that carried her from secular psychology toward biblical counseling. She is completing a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling and a Master of Arts in Missiology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary this fall.

Simone was drawn to BCMW because it unites her heart for missions with her desire to equip the church to walk alongside people in hard places. She and Steve have three children and two grandchildren.
