Andrew & Jenny Rogers

Andrew Rogers serves as BCMW’s Executive Director, a role he stepped into after years of ministry with the organization as an Associate Teacher in its Church Leadership Training programs across the Caspian Region, Jordan, and Utah, and as Adjunct Faculty in its Graduate Academic Degree programs across Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Ukraine, and the Philippines. He most recently served as Director of Academic Programs before taking on his current role.

Under Andrew’s leadership, BCMW partners with seminaries around the world to offer a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling, connecting vetted instructors to teach the degree’s core courses. That training currently runs in Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon through the National Theological College and Graduate School; in Ukraine through Kyiv Theological Seminary; and in the Philippines through Doane Baptist Seminary and Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Andrew also serves as Ministry Development Pastor at Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, California, and as a Fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, sitting on their Board of Directors. Andrew and Jenny have four children.
