Tony Rappa

Tony Rappa serves as BCMW’s IT Coordinator. His early career took him through some of the toughest sales environments around, from approaching tourists face-to-face to running a statewide lead-acquisition program in Alabama. He went on to own three businesses, work as a liaison for a major security software company, and run sales and support teams before directing an entire location for an online real estate marketing company.

Tony recently earned a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries and now plans to pursue a master’s in biblical counseling. Looking back, he sees a throughline in his career: helping people discover their path, whether through sales, teaching, or team leadership. Biblical counseling gives that instinct a deeper purpose, one built on more than career advice.
