Jen Douglas

Jen Douglas serves as BCMW’s Coordinator for Domestic Training and Executive Assistant. Born in Vancouver and raised on Vancouver Island, she brings a varied background to the role, with experience in law, web design, banking, and government, alongside years of involvement in local church women’s ministry and discipleship.

Jen met BCMW through her professor at Boyce College, Andrew Rogers, who mentioned the ministry in passing before a trip abroad. Months later, as Andrew prepared to step into the role of executive director, he asked Jen to serve as his assistant. She has served with BCMW ever since.

Jen holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is pursuing a doctorate at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. What draws her most to the work is BCMW’s dual commitment: loving God through his Word and loving his people through equipping local churches worldwide to minister that Word to one another.
