Wellington & Flávia Estrela

Wellington Estrela coordinates BCMW’s work in Brazil. He trained in theology at São Paulo Theological College and KURIOS College, was ordained in 2019, and now pastors the Evangelical Christian Church in São José do Vale do Rio Preto, Rio de Janeiro. He completed a master’s degree in biblical counseling in 2020 and began a Doctor of Ministry at Dallas Theological Seminary the following year. He teaches through the Brazilian Association of Biblical Counselors and has authored two books, Effective Instruction and Peace in Me.

Wellington and his wife, Flávia, have been married since 2007 and have three daughters: Ana Isabelle, Ana Elisa, and Ana Manuela. Flávia came to Christ in 2003 and has trained in biblical counseling herself, and now helps Wellington in his counseling and training ministry.
