Evandro & Uliane Buzzo
Evandro Buzzo serves as BCMW’s national coordinator for Brazil from Bebedouro, São Paulo. He first encountered biblical counseling while studying theology at Word of Life Biblical Seminary, where he sensed a need in pastoral ministry for soul care grounded in the sufficiency of Scripture rather than secular psychology. He trained further under Pastor Jayro Cáceres and through the Brazilian Association of Biblical Counselors, then built his own curriculum in 2019. Since January 2025, he has pastored Igreja Batista Jardim Progresso in Bebedouro, where biblical counseling remains central to his ministry.
Evandro chose BCMW for its uncompromising commitment to Scripture’s sufficiency and its international network, which lets him bring training to churches across Brazil and other Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries. The work has broadened his view of missions and deepened his trust in God’s Word to restore marriages and renew hope.
His wife, Uliane, teaches the teen class at their church and helps him counsel women and couples, alongside pursuing a math degree and homeschooling their two children, Lucca and Ana.
