Frank & Dawn Oliver

Frank Oliver serves as BCMW’s Director of Donor Relations, a role he stepped into in 2026 out of a deep passion for supporting biblical counseling training, one that grew during his previous work as Social Media and Visual Specialist for Faith Ministries.

Before joining ministry work, Frank built a long career in photojournalism and public service. He spent twenty-five years as a staff photographer for the Lafayette Journal & Courier and thirteen years photographing for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, retiring in 2021. Alongside that civilian career, he served twenty-four years in the Air Force Reserve as both a flight medic and a military photographer.

Frank and his wife, Dawn, call Lafayette, Indiana, home. They have five children and four grandchildren.
