Byron & Kim Brown

Byron Brown pastors First Baptist Church of Inverness, Florida, and carries ACBC certification as a biblical counselor. His wife, Kim, teaches high school Spanish and translates for him on mission trips. They have three adult children, one of whom still lives at home.

Byron’s passion centers on the public and private proclamation of God’s Word, paired with a love for leading mission teams overseas. BCMW lets him pursue both: biblical counseling and missions, side by side.

Byron coordinates BCMW’s work in Spain and Cuba, driven by a desire to help pastors and church leaders multiply their ministries by God’s grace. He says he has grown most in learning to seek the Lord’s guidance and provision as the ministry continues to expand.
