\nWhat is biblical counseling? Biblical counseling fulfills the Great Commission by teaching people what Christ commands in the circumstances they face. Biblical counseling rests on a simple premise: Scripture speaks to all of the struggles in people\u2019s lives, not just the struggles they bring into a pew. Anger, grief, conflict, addiction: each has a root, and Scripture addresses that root directly.

Biblical Counseling Ministries Worldwide (BCMW) exists to train Christian pastors and church leaders across the globe to counsel from that conviction, equipping them to walk with their congregation rather than referring them elsewhere.\n<\/div>

\nHow we serve\n<\/h2>
\nBCMW serves churches in two distinct ways. Most of our work trains pastors and leaders directly, building global churches\u2019 internal capacities to counsel and equip their own people. A smaller, specialized branch supports missionaries, who carry the same struggles as everyone else but often serve far from a church that can walk with them through it.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nBiblical Counseling Training\n<\/h3>
\nPastors want a framework grounded in Scripture and opportunities to practice walking through real cases with someone who\u2019s done it before. BCMW\u2019s training develops both elements, coaching pastors and ministry leaders from a basic understanding of biblical counseling to confident, independent practice within their own congregation.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\"What\n<\/div>

\nMissionary Soul Care\n<\/h3>
\nMissionaries care for everyone around them, but rarely have anyone to care for them. BCMW\u2019s Missionary Soul Care Network exists to fill that gap, connecting missionaries and disaster relief workers with trained biblical counselors who understand the specific weight of life on the field. Roughly 40 counselors currently serve in this network, across a range of countries and languages.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>
